    Hello All,

I need some help with dating this dress and bonnet. They do not necessarily go together. I had thought the dress was Edwardian but am wondering if it could be older. Thank you!

I will look into a bit further, but my first reaction is 1910s to 1920s on the dress. Bonnets are hard to date as the styles did not change much over the decades. Can you show a close up of the material the bonnet is made of?

    Darling little things!

I agree with Barbara - we get a LOT of similar lace baby dresses coming into the museum and they usually come with provenances of having belonged to grandparents born in 1909, 1917, 1921... that kind of dating.
