Difference in labels

    Hi, does anyone know the difference between a dress with the "Mary Black" label and the "Mary Black Model" label?

    Hi here is a picture of a Mary Black Original label I have on a dress. The other dress is still coming in the mail but here is a picture of an ad for the label. Thank you.

    I just came across another dress that had the term "Modell" in it (probably the same European concept as "model." I just cant seem to find anyone who knows what the "model" designation refers to.

    I know nothing about this label, but yes "ModellW was often used in German to make something sound a little more posh.

    Yes I heard that also from someone at a fashion museum. I guess it was a way to pay allegiance to couture and French runway. Interesting!
