1920s dress?

    I am not 100% sure if this is 1920's dress. The bottom was shorten.

    The dress is early to mid 1930s. Too bad it has been shortened, but it is still nice.

    Yes, I agree with Barbara - and if it were mine, I would see if the hem could be taken down as far as possible. These beautiful dresses suffer a little when their proportions are out.
