    I have to say, Tommy, I agree with you at least as far as vintage hats goes. They just can't make them like they did before the 1960s. If you hold a Stetson from 1950 in your hand and compare it to a modern Stetson, there just isn't any comparison. The new ones just seem less-than.

    Hats Enough, or anyone that can help I am looking for either a Hunter Green Stetson Zephyr Weight vintage fedora or clean 1950's Stetson 100.
    For a gift for my Dad
    Will pay well.

    Is there a website to date a Stetson Stratoliner hat by the label? I have found one that looks un-used with this information.
    Stratoliner Bound Regular upc 883383178005 Color 07 Black
    It has a gold only label in the top. Does this help?
