    Hello!

I've recently acquired these lovely red velvet Dolcis de Luxe shoes and wondered if anyone can help me date them?

I was told they were 1950s which would fit with the colour and style (I think?) however I have seen similar inner sole label's on earlier shoes from around 1930s - the branding of "Loveliness Beauty" and "Quality Charm" printed in two separate small gold circles. I just want to check if they might be earlier than 1950s.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. They are very special shoes!

    Thanks very much
    Lulu

I agree, I think they are late 30s. The heel shape isn't quite right for 50s, and the gold kid on red velvet looks more 30s to me, as well as the script in the sock lining.
