Have lace up mens leather oxfords - Label inside says Cartier in familiar italicize font then underneath MODEL FRANCE - Bottom of soles of course say LAVORAZIONE ARTIGIANA and a logo that looks like an upppercase T half way within a circle.

LAVORAZIONE ARTIGIANA means 'hand made' in Italian, although in shoemaking it really means 'hand finished' as nobody hand sews a pair of shoes anymore - and why would they when a machine does a better job. A pic of the logo would help. It's not Cartier the jeweller - maybe another Cartier - Roland Cartier?
