Help dating denim westernwear skirt

    Hello friends! I'm hoping you all might be able to help out with dating this lovely denim westernwear skirt I found recently. I'm baffled, honestly. She's a full circle skirt with pockets and a bottom ruffle, made of very soft very dark denim. The seams are serged or chain-stitched to finish, and the waistband is elastic. The tag is fabric and there are no additional size, content, or care tags. I've tried googling Mr. Stan and all I can find is that the company apparently still exists in Dallas. Thank you so much in advance! This site is such a wonderful resource.

    I found one on Etsy dated to the 1970s, I was thinking possibly 1970s/80s.
