help dating vintage velvet silk skirt

    in advance, sorry for prob many posts today. I grabbed like bags of stuff at an ending estate sale yesterday and have tons of things to go through

    un tagged skirt, wrap style with pockets and the hooks for closures

    the velvet is so so soft, silky and almost shiny

    the lining is silk

    From the photos... I'm guessing 70s. Hard to tell not on a mannequin though.
