Help. Vintage Label - Quatier Latin Boutique

    Anyone ever heard of Quartier Latin Boutique, Brentwood, CA? I have looked all over the internet. I have a dress. Looks 1950's-60's. Help me date it please and any other info on the label. Thanks! (I used a petticoat underneath the skirt in one picture.)

    I think this is 1960s... about 66-68 or so.
