I've noticed jelly sandals seem to be doing well right now. What's up with that? Why are they so popular? Deb
Think it could be nostalgia of the 25-35 age group for the colorful, fun sandals of their childhood? . . . Now that semi-transparent plastics in candy colors are coming back in style, maybe they yearn for the originals? I know they're willing to pay mega-bucks for defunct board game titles of their childhood. C.
I wish I had kept the ones I used to have when I was a young' un. I remember having a nice red pair and a pink pair but seem to remember them not being very comfy as the sharp edges of the "jelly" used to cut into my feet. Ah, nostalgia! Lei
I bought this a couple weeks ago. Is it a jellie belt?? <img src=http://ftp.innernet.net/pcameron/march/365.jpg>
Carolyne is right on the money. These babies are hot right now, just check my auctions ;). It's a nostalgia thing. Pauline, that is a jelly belt, but it looks newer. The new stuff and the kid's jellies aren't doing as well.:(
I have it written up and will try it. Doubt I would get much for a belt anyways. I was going to save it for Solena ( my manni ) but thought what the heck I will try it.
