need help dating a dress with ILGWU tag

    I know its post 74 b/c of the red and blue union made label, but is it late 70's or 80's ?
    There is no tag that says brand or what it's made of. It has a tag that says dry clean only. It feels like a very fine cotton.

    I associate that kind of sleeve silhouette with the deep armscye with the 1980s.
