Need help identifying logo on fabric labels from department store neckties

    I have found the same symbol on 3 different neckties from three different lesser known dept. stores. The stores are Baskin, Moberly & Klenner, and Wolke & Kotler. The first pic is the symbol and the last three are the contents on the opposite sides. I've also seen the " International Polyester" on a Clubfellow Marshall Field's necktie but I don't believe it had the symbol.
