Hello to everyone - My sister is coming East for a week in the Big Apple in June. She and her husband are inveterate flea market trollers (he collects knives; she collects . . everything else! ) Aside from the weekend fleas that are listed on the city sites and in the papers, do any of you know of any other "must visit" places open during the week? Any/all input, welcome. TIA C
I have found the street market fleas to be pretty good actually -- you never know what you will find. Kenn and I spent half a day in the Manhattan antiques centre (its around 50th and 2nd avenue?) Nothing is cheap there, but the quality of merch is phenomenal.
