Vintage Burberrys Authenticity

    I've recently picked this up on my London trip. It is an unique vintage logo Burberry bag. Can anyone help me identify if this is a real gem or just a fake before I spend a fortunate getting it cleaned. Thank you very much.

    On the strap it says Made in Italy and the iconic knight on the horse logo has a B on its shield.

    Hi JenJennyJennifer,

    For authentication, you're best to take it to an expert for appraisal - it can't be effectively done just on photos, without the benefit of seeing it in detail and touching it.

    As you know there are many fakes, and some of them are very good.

    I agree with Nicole. It is impossible to authenticate just from photos. An expert appraisal will be your best bet.
