VINTAGE ZIPPER RESOURCE?

Does the VFG have a guide for vintage zipper resources, info on dating/manufacturing/ etc?

 

I don't think so but there are some zipper resources out there - keep in mind that a zipper is of limited usefulness with dating a garment because of the frequency of replacements, and the propensity of seamstresses to keep old notions in their stash.

Thank you one and all. I found some info, then the idea dawned on me to start researching vintage advertisements in sewing magazines, on-line, fabric magazines, etc. I have some metal in original vintage packages. I like to do my research prior to selling..
