    Hi There,

I picked up these very pretty Yves Saint Laurent shoes and have no idea if they are vintage or not. Also, any description ideas for these shoes would be wonderful!! Thanks!

Late 70's and they are a narrow width, hence the "N"

I would definitely include color block in the title. These are very on trend! Are you going to put them on eBay? I would.

Super 70s sandal! I believe you can call these a "strippy sandal", the ankle strap is good to mention too.

I'm fairly certain those aren't 70s with that vero cuoio stamp on the sole. I'd say 80s or early 90s myself. Lovely shoes. Just found a new pair of Rive Gauche platforms yesterday myself.

I agree, they are early-80s. I was told once when the real leather (vero cuoio) stamp appeared by an Italian manufacturer (the stamp was required by Italian law) and I think it was 1982 but I am not sure. I could never find a source that stated it, so I didn't put it in my book, but I am 90% sure its 1982. Also, the coloured piping on the straps are all typical early 80s colours.
