20's Handmade Bra?
I have this sweet bra from what I think is from the 20's. It appears to be handmade. There's a tag on the back, but it's so old that it's not
legible anymore. Anyone know if this is 20's?

I'm not a sewing expert, so I don't know if this is handmade. But it seems like maybe the bra was altered for fit? Maybe she lost or gained weight.
There aren't rows of eyes to adjust the strap. Just a thought. The rest of the bra looks very professionally made compared to the closure.

It appears more 30s to me and commercially made with the tag.
I agree, the hook closure appears to be a later addition.
