Help with dating a dressing gown/robe

    Could anyone help me date this please? There are no labels in it, aside from a lot number one which seems to have been cut off.

    It is lovely isn't it? Such good condition as well! I'm literally clueless about dating it though! I'm leaning towards 1950s into the 60s but I'm not sure.

    Interesting color combination. Is the fabric a satin, or is it more of a nylon knit type weave? Can you show a close up or 2 of the fabric and the lining as well? In the photos it looks to be that nylon synthetic type fabric used in the 1960s and onwards. The length looks too short for 1950s, at least to me. Is the quilted part stiffed and if so, what is it filled with, cotton, poly fiber fill, etc?

    If it is a true satin, it may be 50s. Hard to say without handling it.
