help dating blouse w. square pockets & triangular buttons

    hello all! need help pinpointing the date on this blouse - it may be handmade, no label with contrasting red stitching / no shoulder pads. three triangular button closure, could buttons be bakelite? also, anyone have any thoughts on what material might be? was thinking 40's but not 100% sure, any help would be much appreciated!

    The triangular buttons, no shoulder pads, and the contrast stitching suggest more 30s to me...
