From La Rosa (Italian mannequin makers... I hate to think how much they would cost...)

I like the look a lot - curious how they would fair with clothing on though, they seem very long in proportion/limbs.

They are fantastic !, you should add these to your 'if I had a million dollars' wish list Jonathon!

I love them. I have been thinking about getting a dress form with flexible arms but if they had them with those stylish heads I would be sold for sure!

  5. They're beautiful just as they are - to clothe them would diminish them I think, which is an interesting situation for a mannequin.

I think of the Theatre de la Mode mannequins when I look at them...

The face reminds me a little of the pre-cursor to the Barbie doll, the German Bild Lilli Doll.

The whole website is a treat to view.

Beautiful. The one on the right has a look of Merle Oberon.

I so agree. They are fantastic. Buy them as mannequins, but never use them as mannequins! I have a 1986 Susanna Linsmayer mannequin by Adel Rootstein that I never use as such. She decorates a corner of the breakfast lounge!

The wire construction reminds me of a collection at the Maryhill Museum.
