I found this lovely silk garment recently. I am leaning towards 20’s but it is just an educated guess. Any info would be appreciated!

Interesting. The hem looks to have been taken up quite a bit, but still too short for a woman's dress... some kind of tunic, or possibly a child's dress? What's the bust measurement, and how long is it as it is? How much does that taken up hem measure?

Looks like a child's dress to me. the lace was taken off the back I am guessing? and it looks like you could put it back down to the original hem length. Late 20s is a good circa...

It has a 36” bust, 3.8” taken up and length is 28.75”. Very odd measurements for that era.

Could it not be the top half of an ensemble?

Something like this... I know the cut of the top isn't the same
