1950\'s Bonnie Cashin, Guttman Bros knit dress

I'm hoping someone can help me authenticate this beautiful dress. I've unsuccessfully searched the internet for months looking for images from the Bonnie Cashin/Guttman Brothers colaboration. I'm including pictures. Please let me know if you can provide additional information. Also, the dress is more of a pale camel color than appears in the photos. Many thanks!

i gather you found the entry on the bonnie cashin foundation web site? it lists the firms she had a contract with, and guttman brothers are on the list:

Wooowie! Totally worth the wait. A suberb dress.

 

So glad Joan was able to coach you through posting pictures--definitely worth the wait! Such wonderful details on the dress (that asymmetrical neckline... ), and I love the way the midriff section is ribbed for shape!

I can't quite tell from the pic--are there beads on the bodice accent, or is that effect done with cloth (to match the yummy pompoms on the belt!)?
