60s-70s pants?

    Help again...
    I am not sure if these are 60s or 70s pants.
    What kind of pants are these? I mean, most similar I know are chino pants, but I think these are not exactly chinos.

    IMHO, the term 'mod' isn't used much past 1969 - I would suggest 69-70. The belt loops are too wide for anything older, and the pant legs too narrow for anything after 71ish
