Hi Everyone, Any thoughts on dating? I originally thought maybe the underslip lining was added as the hem of both the dress and slip look as if they have been altered and the labels on the slip part have Asian characters. But the only Internet hits I'm finding on Genet Vivien seem to have Asian characters as well and the content label is noting 3 types of content so I think it's definitely the original lining. It's Japanese I think, and I'm not sure that it's actually vintage... they are pretty good at producing retro stuff that looks pretty convincing at first glance... I've seen labels like these in modern Japanese items.
I am not seeing vintage on this one either. It may be a little older but I don't think more than 10 years.
