    Good Afternoon All!

Please help! I have an embellished shrug by 'Copacio' and would love to find out anything about the make/label, and would be very grateful for any information! I've attached a rather bad (apologies) photo of the label for viewing.

    Thank you
    Kindest Regards
    Eliza

Well it's from the Canary Islands - Santa Cruz in Tenerife.

I think it's simply a shop label. Tienda da Artesania means artesan shop and the rest is an address.

The name is Topacio not Copacio - it means topaz

Thank you Ruth - I've tried to Google Topacio and Tenerife but unfortunately not getting anywhere! Here is a photo of the shrug if you can help any further!

    Thank you :)

It's likely to be a small independent shop, so I don't expect you will be able to find out much more.

Thank you in any event Ruth :)

  6. Those butterfly sequinned tops were mass produced in the '80s, mostly made in India, I think - they probably bought some wholesale and sewed their labels in.
