anyone recognize these markings?

    I think 90s or 2000s maybe for the dress, its heavy feeling with a side zip and the tags as attached. I am curious about the maker if anyone happens to recognize. The little square gem thing is metal/heavy and is at the small of the back

    Don't recognize it, but I'd say 2000s - not yet vintage, also going by style of care label.
