AQUASCUTUM label no royal warrant

    I thought it my duty to share this image of a label from an Aquascutum wool skirt. It has NO royal warrant.
    I would be most interested to hear some opinions and speculations about the date of origin.
    The skirt is wool and original metal zipper / hook and eye fastenings. No size or fabric label.
