Aquascutum tweed coat - date help please!

    This Aquascutum tweed coat with scarf is lovely! I thought it was 70s, but the label has 1979 on it.
    So would you say it is 80s - or 90s????<p>

    I would definatley say 70s on this one, with the sash belt and heavy fringed matching scarf, probably late 70s, maybe 1977/78ish?

    I would say early 80's How nice to have a date to start with.

    Well, the label refers to the Queens Award for Industry, with a date of 1979 given - so I'll take this is a 70s/80s cusper. Thanks for the help! ;-)

    Good luck it is lovely! I have a beautiful Aquascutum tweed cape on now for the THIRD time with no bids I can not figure it out!
