Hello! I came across the beautiful vintage Asprey bag. I believe it’s crocodile leather but would love confirmation. Does anyone know what year this is from? I am obsessed with bags but have never seen a sliding closure like this before! Thank you!
I think it's probably 1960s, but I'd wait for some more opinions too. I don't recall seeing those matching coin purses much after the 60s. I think if it's real reptile (rather than embossed leather), it's alligator rather than croc.
