Balmain label--real or fake?

I just got what was described by an auction house as a '50s Pierre Balmain dress. The design seems to be congruent but it's a little concerning that the label says "Pierre Balmain of Paris" instead of just "Pierre Balmain, Paris. I can't seem to find any other example where Balmain used the word "of" in the label. Does this mean it's fake? DSC_0002.JPG

The VFG cannot authenticate items. However, I can see that there's also a label from what looks like a store in New York, which might explain the other label. There are other members here who are more knowledgeable about this than me though and I'm sure they will come around to comment. Anyway, can you please show a full photo of that other label, and also one of the hole dress?
