I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the ' Continentals' labels by Berketex. I have a couple of pieces with the black labels, they are extremely well finished, with lovely details. I just wondered what the concept was behind them. Many thanks.
The reason I always ask for a photo of the label is in case of transcription error. I couldn't find any "Berketex" but eventually discovered it is "Berkertex" (a second 'r' in the middle), which should make your searching a bit easier. In a quick look I found a 1958 ad for Berkertex Continentals HERE (scroll down).
