   What help do you need with it?
   If you simply need help reading it, it says DIOMEDES-II SPORTS and what appears to be 1994.
   It also appears to say NYSC USA, which could refer to the New York Sports Club. You could try contacting them.
   If you already knew that, I, like you I presume, could find nothing with a google search for this manufacturer. Maybe others will have better luck/skills.
