Can you help me with the maker of wedding dress?

The label has been cut out. Also I don't think it's a very old dress, but any thoughts on age?

 

I think it's 1980s or 1990s... but it's really hard to see the form hanging like that rather than on a mannequin.

 

It won't fit on my mannequin. I had to pin it on it and this is for a tiny person. Those two pictures are of the back of the dress. Here is measurements. 32 Bust, 28 Waist, 30 Hips. Tag states size 6. I just would love to find out the maker is all. I have had this dress for quite a few years.. It hangs in my room as you see in the pictures for show. I just love love love this wedding gown. It's beautiful.
