Hello Any information on this silk robe will be helpful Do you think this is a male robe as it is quite big? Would it be from a wedding? Obvious shredding ;)
These are difficult to date as they have been producing these in the same fashion for many years using lovely silks and embroidery. I don't think it is later than the 1960s but without handling it is very difficult to know how much older than 60s it could be.
