Hello. I am trying to identify a hand beaded accessory that was made by Christian Dior Ceintures in the 1980s (I think).
I am not sure what it is intended to be. A belt? A sash? A choker scarf?
    It is 58 inches long.
There are no closures or belt buckles.
The ends taper into angled points (unlike a men's tie).
I think it is silk but I am not certain.
I found a couple of similar items while researching but they were definitely belts or cummerbunds with obvious closures.
Thanks in advance for any help!!

'Ceinture' is french for a waist sash or belt.

I think it must be quite new (last ten years) because of the 'made in China' label. It would have said Taiwan or Hong Kong until the late 1990s.
