Hey guys, I'm just wondering what are the best cleansers you have used for manmade materials like acetate and nylon. I read somewhere that orvus or ivory soap can be used. I wanted to get your opinions. Thanks!
Acetate is a pretty weak fibre so gently handwash in tepid water with a small amount of castile soap.
I haven't read THIS THREAD for a while, but it is a workshop we had on cleaning vintage - I bet it will give you some ideas.
