    Mid-century, the British designed beautiful slips. The Americans were even better. But in my book, the French had the finest on the planet!

    Just doodling with this photo of one of French* fashion designer Maggy Rouff's creations from my photo archive. Have a fab Sunday!

    lol Tish - they say 'there's a book in everyone', but if there is one in me I haven't yet written it. Apologies for inadvertently confusing but 'in my book' is a rather quirky British turn of phrase that just means 'in my opinion'.

    I think I'd skip vintage fashion and write a steamy novel, 'Sixty Shades of Grey' - that's 'Fifty Shades of Grey' with a bit extra! Pwoarrr!
