I’m assuming this is from the 80s, unless someone says otherwise. All the seams are unfinished. There are no tags or labels anywhere. The lace on the front has accordion pleating. I don’t know if the bow was an addition. Excuse the string around my dress form. I get sick of those rotten collapsible shoulders. lol
