The ACTW was around from 1914 to 1976, and the lining is rayon, so probably not older than the 1930s, and the label is printed on pellon (spun bonded textile), so not older than the 1950s so my guess would be c. 1950-75 (and I suspect towards the latter date, brown tweed caps were popular in the mid 70s - I had one then.
