Whether it is or is not a genuine Lauren cap, what I can tell you is it is not rare at all. It is a mass produced item. Perhaps someone here will recognize it and be able to date it for you. Cute!
Thanks for the quick reply. I did find the label on the site so I’m guessing 80s. However can’t a comparable anywhere but the tag does say made in America
