Dating embroidered blouse help

    Hi all!

    I would love some dating help on this machine embroidered puff sleeve blouse. It has a drawstring in the neck and at the back waist. Interior French seams, medium weight cotton. It has a European folk vibe to it, maybe part of a National costume?
