Dating help for black and goldtone purse Made in Hong Kong 80s (?) and fabric name help?

    Hi Everyone,
    I don't feel certain on the dating of this purse. There is onlty the Made in Hong Kong label.
    Also, can't think of the word for this fabric...it's soft satiny slightly elastic finely pleated.
