    Hi all,
I checked the fabric resource and was not able to identify this fabric. I believe it is a metallic screen print but I don't know the date (handmade caftan, no tags, boat neck, curved hem). I was told this was from the 1970s, but I think it must be more recent.

I'm headed to bed, but I'll check for replies in the morning. Thanks in advance!

I can easily see this being from the 1970s. I have seen this fabric before, in a different color. Do you think it is cotton? That's what I recall it being. I can't see the fabric weave, but you are right that it is metallic printed.

    Thank you so much!
It feels like cotton, but it has such a tight weave it could probably be used for a raincoat. I thought only metallic fibers were used then.
Off to make a donation--you are so appreciated!
