dating scorpion ring w. yellow rhinestone

recently came across this piece, having a difficult time dating it. has mark inside either bwsterling or ewsterling, hard to decipher. any help would be appreciated !

Hi Aimee -- This is a spoon ring so any marks would have been on the neck or handle of the spoon. I remember when these became popular in the 70s and then the later resurgence of making these again, so I would guess that it could be from anytime within the last 40 years or so.

ETA: But the spoon itself however, is likely older. You may be able to find the pattern online.
