#8. This was really the most fantastic present. All these hats came in a big box all wrapped up and when I opened it, this happy birthday balloon came wafting out and then...all these glorious hats. Best present ever. lol This is the last one. No labels but it does have a union tag. This hat is in incredible condition. Not one flaw anywhere. Thank you for your help!
1960s. Possibly very late 1950s, but it is a classic 1960s style. Very nice, made of cellophane straw. Happy Birthday!
