From an estate sale. This dress is very tiny. I had to use my oldest dress form with an 18” waist to show it. The straps are tied up so it stays on right. The seams are small and pinked. It has a side metal zipper and the front snaps in place. Thanks for your help!

This one looks late 40s or early 50s to me. Either a prom or maybe a wedding dress. Are those actual straps or are they attached to the side to help hang the dress. It looks more like a strapless model to me and would more than likely have had a matching bolero which may or may not have had sleeves.

    Thank you!

Yes those are actual straps. It’s sitting a little higher on the dress form than it should be. It’s so tiny in the waist, I couldn’t get it on any other dress form, but it didn’t want to stay up on this one.

    Good call, Mary Jane!

I went to that estate sale myself today because I had a hunch and found the rest of this and the other dress I posted. This one is for sure a wedding dress. The jacket and veil were laying on the floor in the back of a closet.
