Do you know this Scottish Woollen Association label?

    This is hand sewn on a scarf. I have been able to find the trademark in the 1922-29 period, but I don't have the research resources to know it is only from that time period.

    It does appear the name is the Scottish Woollen Trademark Association , rather than the Scottish Woollen Association.

    Seems like their purpose was to set up a licensed trademark, a bit like the Woolmark, to certify true Scottish woollens from imitators. There's a few references to archives / libraries of various papers but nothing online..
