I am accumulating large and small items to clear out of here in a big giveaway and this 6" diameter...what is the name of this?...is one of the small items. Is the needlework drawn work (or pulled thread) and cutwork? Is the lacy edgework also drawn work? Thank you for the help.

  2. The lace in the bell shaped sections look a little bit like filet work. My English friend and neighbor used to do quite a bit of filet work. Very pretty little piece, Lynne.

I think it's Reticella, which is a combination of cutwork and needle lace. Maybe ? It
can be drawn thread as well. It's a form of lace embroidery that has evolved over time.

The bell shapes look like filet lace, the rounds like Irish crochet and the rest is cutwork?
