Dress dating help please

    Could anyone help me date this please? There are three buttons up the back but no zippers etc. It has one label saying Sacony hand wash. It has an elasticated waist with an elasticated belt.

    Thank you all so much :) I was a little unsure because of the elasticated waist. Out of interest, when did elasticated waists come in?
