Hi all - only a few more left to ask about! Does this look like a regular dress or more of a marching band dress .. or what is it? Any ideas of when it is from? Thanks!
Isn't that the outfit Kelly Ann Conway wore to the inauguration?!?!?!?!? Seriously though, the central zip and tie in the back makes me think this is a dress from c. 1970ish.
